Article 2 – General conditions of sale acceptance
Through purchasing a product or products, customers are accepting the general terms and conditions of the sale, including the payment, as well as reading in full the privacy policy. The customer will have given clear consent for the processing of personal information and agrees to comply with any stipulated agreements, including the payment method.
Products offered on giggle-globe.com website are done so exclusively by giggle-globe.com to persons of or over the age of 18, and who are legally competent to enter into such a binding contract. It is giggle-globe.com purgative to not process any orders from individuals who fail to meet such criteria.
Article 3 – How to purchase
Any purchase of products completed by customers is done so in coordination with what is displayed and described on the website, including the indicated price and additional taxes and fees, which may vary depending on location. Additional costs include the cost of shipping, all of which will be shown at the moment of purchase.
The number of units available will determine the availability of items, and giggle-globe.com will communicate fully concerning delivery time (which may sometimes take longer than usual) with the customer either by email or telephone.
Before completing any purchase, the customer will always be made aware of the specific unit cost of each product selected, as well as the total number ordered (if more than one) and any delivery charge.
Having completed their purchase, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order, with giggle-globe.com stating that it has been received, as well as providing a unique order number. After this, customers will receive a second email, this time confirming the acceptance of any such order, including the delivery of products to the stated address and estimated delivery date. Article 4 – Methods of Payment
Payment by instalments is strictly prohibited.
Should the customer choose to pay with one of the credit card options otherwise accepted and displayed on the website, any payment must be made with the submission of the purchase order. The validity of such a payment method will be stringently checked by the provider during the order process, with an email being sent to the customer indicating the results. Credit is received by giggle-globe.com at the moment of the shipment of products.
Product prices are subject to change, however, confirmed orders may or may not be affected by any such alterations.
Should the provider or institution issuing the credit card refuse payment for any reason, giggle-globe.com will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of items.
giggle-globe.com reserves the right to automatically cancel any order in the absence of relevant information needed to complete a transaction.
Information from the buyer’s credit card or financial information is transmitted through a secure and safe connection to an online portal for the bank or finance company provided by giggle-globe.com. giggle-globe.com will not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards which may potentially occur during the transaction of a purchase. Should PayPal be used as a method of payment, customers will be directed immediately to the PayPal login page in order to complete their order.
When using PayPal, the amount of the purchase is charged to your PayPal account at the time of order. In the case of a cancellation by the customer or non-acceptance by giggle-globe.com, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s individual PayPal account. giggle-globe.com will in no event be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, as a result of any delays in releasing the amount committed by PayPal. For each transaction made with the PayPal account, the customer will receive (by email) confirmation from PayPal directly. giggle-globe.com reserves the right to cancel and/or suspend the order if PayPal sends an e-mail message showing errors and/or irregularities in the payment. In such an instance, giggle-globe.com reserves the right to attain additional information from the customer, as well as the sending of documents to prove the ownership of credit cards. giggle-globe.com also reserves the right not to accept the order without any right for the Customer to claim damages.
Should the customer cancel an order reserved with payment by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal, giggle-globe.com will reimburse through the same chosen method of payment made by the Customer, with requests for other methodologies not being permitted under any circumstances.
Customer data is processed in a manner that prevents third parties from coming into contact with them. To increase security further, customers should strive to use an internet provider such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla, or Safari. Until the time in which customers confirm any order, the data surrounding credit card details will reside exclusively on the customer’s computer or device.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are dispatched from giggle-globe.com partners within 1-3 business days after the payment for the order has been received and are always subject to checking the regularity of the payment before carrying it out. In the case of orders with payments in advance other than bank transfer and where giggle-globe.com has a report of anomalies, such as the mismatch of the name of the person registered and the holder of the credit card, the goods are delivered within 7-10 working days from when it has been checked for regularity of the payment, or at least from the end of the tests that will be necessary to verify the regularity of payment. In the unlikely event that a product has not been delivered after 14 working days following the order confirmation, customers should send a direct email to contactus@giggle-globe.com with the subject line “non-delivery”, while also stating the order number as well as any other additional information. Having received the email, giggle-globe.com will contact the customer within 2 working days in order to resolve the problem, or in some cases offer an explanation for the non-fulfilment of orders. For an unclaimed package that is returned to the vendor, the buyer will need to cover a fixed fee of £45, which will be invoiced for or deducted from the refund
Returns due to wrong shipping information provided such as name or address will be covered by the buyer with a fixed fee of £45.
Article 6 – Refunds and Returns
Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts for 10 days, starting from the day the package is delivered to customer. Please initiate any return requests within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing.
Late Returns: Returns shipped back after the 10-day policy will be rejected.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you encounter any defective or wrong shipped items, please use the contact routes published on giggle-globe.com. We will provide a return label for you to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.
Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty only on the product category – watches. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the internal mechanism of the watch. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
1) damage caused by water exposure, misuse, or accidents, and
2) any issues arising from improper handling or failure to follow care instructions.
All warranty claims are subject to investigation to determine the cause of the issue. If the issue is found to be caused by misuse or external factors, the warranty will be voided.
Customer Dissatisfaction Returns: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction should be shipped back at the customer’s expense and with an active tracking number. Please remember delay more than agreed, in receiving returned orders caused due to your chosen delivery agent, will result in rejection of return order.
Declined Returns: In the event of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the buyer, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by them.
Conditional Return Policy: Please note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection upon return arrival. If we decline the return due to damages or other reasons, we will contact you to return the item to your address.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If an order is placed, paid for, and then cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be provided without deducting transaction fees.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal within 14 business days after receiving and approving the returns.
Reporting missing packages: In the rare cases of your customers not receiving a package, claims must submitted no later than 21 days from the shipment date.
Article 7 – Privacy Policy
giggle-globe.com will be the “owner” of customers’ data and all the information concerning the use of their personal data is summarised in the privacy document, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information legislation. Customers must, therefore, accept such a policy before proceeding with any purchases, with a particular focus on the following areas:

The personal data provided by Customers are used only to perform the job or related services; the data are not disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or is directly necessary for the fulfilment of requirements.
Information about the origin of personal data, the purpose and methods of processing it, and the basis of processing in cases where this is done using electronic instruments;
Indication of the identity of the Owner and the Person Responsible, and the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who have access to them;
The cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of data unless it is impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means. The Customer may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data about them, even if it relates to the purpose of the data collection. The Customer can also object to the processing of personal data for sending advertising material or otherwise, aimed at carrying out market research and business communications.
