The products sold on Giggle-globe.com are all 100% original and have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. Our carefully selected partners personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product and each product comes with the original tag attached.
How do you guarantee that your products are authentic?
Our partners purchase the stock directly from the brands and we have the necessary documentation for it. Each product comes in its original packaging with the original tags attached.

Delivery
Where does my products shipped from?
We work with few of our partners who are geographically located to bring the latest and trendy products at the right price.
Your order may be delivered in different parcels when they are shipped from different locations to get you the best of shopping experience. Rest assured, our delivery fees stay the same.
How long it takes for my order to be shipped?
We have established relations with well established delivery partners. Combined with them, our priority and commitment is to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
We aim to deliver your parcel within 7-10 days from the date of order. We will handover your products to our delivery partners within 2 days (depending on local time of when order is placed).
What are your delivery charges?
We deliver all across the UK mainland (except Northern Ireland). Our delivery fees for order less than £100 is £9.99.
We offer free standard delivery for all order above £100 (full price and sale).
Exchanges & Returns
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 10-day return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any request outside this period, won’t be processed.
To approve a return, please, please reach out to us via any of our contact channels as mentioned in our website. We will guide you through the process.
If you are returning the product due to change in mind, we would deduct the delivery fees from the eligible refund amount.
All returns must be received in the same condition it was sent without any signs of usage, wear, tampering, damage. All items must be returned in brand new condition with tags attached. If the tag is removed, we may not accept the return.
What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request via contacting us, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 10 days after delivery. We will refund the amount after receiving the goods and various checks performed to validate any product misuse.
